Returns

Return Policy

1.       Products must be returned within 10 days after you receive the package.

2.       Please ensure that all labels are retained and returned in the original package. Clothing and accessories must be arranged in the original box. If the original box is damaged or missing, refunds will be rejected.

3.       Products must not be worn, modified or washed.

4.       When returning goods, please enclose the returned cargo with the invoice (if any), the relevant electronic orders and personal valid documents. We will photocopy the document information, otherwise it may result in a late refund or non-compliance with the refund conditions.

5.       For any returned goods from international orders, shophoii cannot refund import duties. If you like to know the specific customs tax refund policy, please contact the local customs.

6.       All returns are subject to shophoii online boutique return policy. If you have any special return request, please contact our customer service staff for consultation, we will retain the right to return.

7.       shophoii monitors account status and reserves the right to reject transactions, evaluate fees and/or close accounts based on orders or returns.

 

Return and processing time

1.       If shophoii receives your return package within 10 days as mentioned above, after confirming that the contents are correct, the refund will be completed and returned to your original payment bank card or the bank account provided within 20 working days.

2.       You will receive an email immediately after the return has been processed.

3.       Upon completion of the return transaction, we will send you a notification via the email address listed in your account. Note: After receiving the notification from shophoii, your bank account may take time to process the refund information.

 

Return process

1.       Please take clear photo of the defective parts of the product.

2.        Please log in shophoii official website; confirming the return order and noting the products you want to return with photo attached in the message board.

3.       Please prepare all the necessary documents and the cartons for shipping.

4.       After receiving the reply from customer service staff, please deliver the returned goods to the designated address.

5.       If the returned goods or the original boxes are damaged, the refunds will not be valid.

 


Replacement

To ensure the efficiency and high-quality service, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the other size or color fastest if you simply place a second order.
